For as far back as I can remember, I’ve struggled with severe anxiety, stress and uncertainty.
As a child, I remember constantly worrying something would happen to the people I loved. This anxiety grew as I got older, fuelled by living in a country with one of the highest crime rates in the world.
Until one day, it became so bad I was literally waking up in cold sweats of panic, asking “There must be a better way to live?”
Thankfully, through NLP a way was shown, and I now have the honour of sharing these NLP insights with people as they realise their bright futures.
